Introduction + How to Use Miro for Certified Courses
Understanding what led to the discovery of agile gives us the ability to discern places where our thinking may be misaligned with agility. This is important because one of the biggest causes of agile failure is using a mindset based on non-agile ways of working. This first video gives you some of the important background and will hopefully make you think about agile in a different way.

Quick Start Guide to Using Miro.com for Certified Scrum students:
We use Miro.com as our collaboration tool of choice. I have had over 40 teams working collaboratively using Miro board!
You have received a link to our board for class, please take some time familiarizing yourself with the board.
You should be able to:
- move around the board
- click and select objects
- add sticky notes to the board
- add text to the board
- add pictures to the board
- use [frames] to quickly move around the board
