Welcome to Week 3 of the Full-Stack Business Builder Accelerator, where we turn business builders into full stack business builders.
This week is all about communication.
Whether you’re leading a team, pitching investors, or connecting with customers, your ability to communicate clearly and confidently is a superpower.
The good news? Communication is a skill you can learn—and it starts here.
“Let’s break communication down into three parts:
- Clarity: Know exactly what you want to say.
- Connection: Tailor your message to your audience.
- Confidence: Deliver your message with conviction.
Start by asking yourself:
- What’s the core message I want to share?
- Why should my audience care?
Then, practice simplifying your ideas. The best communicators make complex ideas easy to understand.
This week, your homework is to:
Draft a 90-second pitch for your business.
- Focus on the problem you solve, who you solve it for, and why it matters.
- Write down bullet points to help you gain clarity around the most important value propositions
Practice delivering your pitch with a story.
- Write down a story that you’ll tell of how your business creates value. This is where confidence comes from. Confidence doesn’t come from knowing facts and figures. Confidence comes from showing emotions.
- Write down the emotional bullet points that you want your audience to hang on.
The goal is progress, not perfection. You’ll improve each time you practice.
Great communication builds trust, inspires action, and opens doors.
Put in the work this week—and you’ll see the results.
I’m excited to read your pitches in the Accelerator group in the community! Share your notes and pictures of your work! We’ll give you feedback!
