Welcome to Week 1 of the Full-Stack Business Builder Accelerator. You might currently be a business builder or what we like to call the entreprocurious, those interested in building a startup or have a business idea. Regardless of where you’re at, we want to help you become a full stack business builder.
What does it mean to be a full stack business builder you might ask? To be considered full stack means that you are either able to, or have access to all of the 5 facets of business building: startup, product, marketing, finance, and technology. In today’s world, business building is a known-known. This means that all of the resources to build your own business are all out there. We here at the full stack business builder network are dedicated to doing the hard work of bringing business expertise directly to you. While we love the position we’re in to help serve business builders of all shapes and sizes, we have to start with the entrepreneur, the operator, and the founders. That’s you!
So in essence, we have to work on YOU, before we begin.
This week, we’re starting with one of the most important steps in your business journey—envisioning your future.
Before we dive into strategy, tactics, or execution, you need clarity on where you’re going. Because if you don’t know where you’re headed, how will you know when you’ve arrived?
Take a moment to reflect on this:
What does success look like for you? Not for anyone else—for YOU. Another way of looking at this is ‘where do you want to be?’ Take look into your future. There are already people who are less intelligent, less sophisticated, and less equipped than you… doing what you want to do.
This week, we’re going to create your personal vision, define your core values, and set the foundation for everything you’ll build in the weeks to come.
To start, let’s talk about your why. Your vision isn’t just about numbers or milestones—it’s about meaning.
- Why are you building this business?
- Who are you doing this for?
- And what kind of life do you want this business to create for you?
Your answers will guide every decision you make from here on out. Take a moment and write down some ideas.
Next, let’s discuss core values. These are the principles that define how you work, how you interact with others, and the legacy you want to leave behind.
Take a moment to consider:
- What values are non-negotiable for you?
- How do you want your business to reflect those values?”
Take a moment and write down some ideas.
Your homework for this week is simple but powerful:
Write your Full-Stack Business Builder Manifesto.
- This should include your vision statement, your why, and your core values.
Imagine yourself 5 years into the future.
- Write a letter to your future self. Describe what you’ve achieved, how you feel, and what you’ve learned along the way.
Take your time with this. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about clarity. Notes are the beginning of the journey.
Remember: The clearer your vision, the stronger your foundation.
Don’t rush this step—your future self will thank you.
Alright, let’s get started. Dive into the exercises, and make sure to post your Accelerator Manifesto in the community! Show us your notes and we’ll help keep you accountable. There is nothing more powerful than proof of work and community support!
