  3. Week 3: Communicating Effectively

    • Focus: Sharpening communication skills for teams, partners, and customers.

      • Storytelling, active listening, and pitching.
      • Find a compelling emotional story you’re great at telling.
      • Homework: Draft and rehearse a pitch (for practice).

  4. Week 4: Creating Valuable Content

    • Focus: Using content as a growth driver for your business.

    • Content:

      • Defining your audience, content types, and storytelling.
      • Framework: Content creation pipeline. 
      • Homework: Produce a piece of content aligned with your brand.

  5. Week 5: Growing and Engaging a Community

    • Focus: Building a community around your mission or business.

    • Content:

      • Community building, network effects, and social platforms.
      • Building a community is essentially marketing.
      • Homework: Map out your community strategy.

  6. Week 6: Integration & Next Steps

    • Focus: Reviewing progress and planning for growth.

    • Content:

      • Synthesizing key learnings and staying consistent.
      • Share and review progress in the FSBB community.
      • Homework: Commit to actionable next steps for your business.
