Week 3: Execution Disciplines · Lesson 3 of 6

How Much Content Have You Created?

Welcome to Week 3 of the Advanced Accelerator Program!

This week, we’re focusing on something every successful entrepreneur needs: execution disciplines. You may say, wait! We covered this in the first accelerator program!

That’s why we’re better than all of the other online accelerator programs. We want to help keep you accountable. Here’s two piercing questions:

1 - how many videos have you made documenting your project so far?

2 - how many social posts have you made since you finished the last accelerator?

Here’s an even tougher ask. If you haven’t actually executed on your startup since you finished the last accelerator, why are you even here? Collecting certificates?

You can pay for help from other accelerators. We live in a full-stack economy now. You don’t ever have to pay to begin. That’s why these accelerators are free! We want you to BUILD, first.

Here’s the reality: Ideas are great, but execution is what turns them into reality.

And it’s not just about working hard—it’s about working consistently and intentionally. That’s where execution disciplines come in.

Execution disciplines are the daily habits and routines that keep you moving forward.

There are three key principles to focus on:

  1. Prioritize action over perfection.

    • Don’t wait for the perfect plan—just start. We talked about this in the first accelerator.
  2. Document your journey.

    • Share your wins, lessons, and even struggles.
    • This builds trust and credibility with your audience.
    • Document your journey in the community! We’re here to help!
  3. Commit to consistency.

    • Small, daily actions compound into massive results over time.
    • Documenting your journey in the community gives us ways to know how to help!

Think of it like this: Consistency beats intensity. It’s better to take one small step every day than to take one big leap and burn out.

This week, your homework is to:

Create and share two pieces of content.

  • These could be social media posts, blog articles, or videos.
  • Focus on documenting your journey so far—what you’ve learned, what you’re working on, or what you’re excited about.

Remember: Progress, not perfection, is the goal.

Execution is what separates dreamers from doers.

Every piece of content you create, every small action you take—it all adds up to something bigger.

Stay consistent, trust the process, and keep moving forward. Keep posting in the community, it’ll prove to be more valuable than you imagine…
